Software Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in system design and architectural decisionmaking in collaboration with development teams, ensuring a balance between speed, quality, and resilience
• Collaborate with the architecture team to develop a long-term roadmap for the evolution of the platform architecture and technological solutions, enabling scalability and sustainable business growth
• Conduct audits of key services, identify technical debt, and propose a modernization strategy to support high load and rapid product launches
• Drive the development of architecture and related processes
• Define the architectural vision and technical strategy in collaboration with the CTO and other architects

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Experience designing and implementing architectures for highload distributed systems (we handle 230K RPS across 7 regions).
• Strong understanding of both serverside and clientside architecture and their constraints.
• Excellent knowledge of modern technologies, particularly AWS: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate certification is required.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills: able to shape technical vision and effectively communicate complex architectural decisions to both engineers and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate architectural collaboration across multiple teams and ensure consistent approaches at the platform level.
