Design, deliver, and improve interactive programs that develop employees’ interpersonal and behavioral skills across organizational levels.

Candidate requirements
- At least five years of practical experience in training and facilitation.
- Experience or capability applying adult learning principles and experiential learning methods.
- Ability to address communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, time management, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to adapt training to different sectors, job levels, and cultural backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Analyze training needs with HR and managers to identify competency gaps and priorities.
- Design and update learning objectives, presentations, facilitator and participant guides, activities, and assessment tools.
- Deliver in-person and virtual workshops on interpersonal and behavioral skills.
- Use role-playing, simulations, case studies, and group discussions to connect concepts with workplace situations.
- Adapt delivery, facilitate engagement and practice, and provide constructive feedback.
- Assess learning using pre- and post-training assessments, observation, and practical exercises.
- Help participants prepare individual action plans for applying new skills at work.
- Report assessment results, participation, improvement opportunities, and follow-up recommendations.
- Continuously improve programs based on feedback, assessment results, and workplace follow-up.
