Overview

The Soft Services and Logistics Supervisor will be the focal point for ensuring that all soft services are carried out within the agreed service delivery plans and will provide a high standard of customer service with all stakeholders taking ownership and meeting demands as required.

Your Role

  • Assist in the day to day running of the soft services, pest control and waste management operation, ensuring continuous responsibility for providing a safe, quality, and cost-effective service.
  • Ensure that the community furniture and assets are managed and stored properly.
  • Review service requests related to his services to identify repetitive issues and provide action plans to resolve it.
  • Oversee project work and report any discrepancies to the Community Manager.
  • Oversee the Skips waste collection and keep track of the daily collection.
  • Manage the Nursery Facility in KAPSARC and ensure the upkeep of the area.
  • Manage the composting and mulching activities.
  • Investigate complaints, implement service requests and maintain a service request tracking system.
  • Make sure that all service requests belonging to the service are closed on time.
  • Manage Cient Furnished Equipments and report any type of deficiency on the spot.
  • Coordinate with the stakeholders to ensure resolution of pending tasks.
  • Develop a working knowledge of client work processes, workplace culture and policies essential for effective tenant service delivery.
  • Ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage subcontractor s performance by ensuring proper service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Maintain waste management master sheet and assist the sustainability engineer when necessary.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • High sense of ownership.
  • Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-fostered environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work.
