Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Strategist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Social Media Strategist will plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across multiple platforms to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads for Rainbow Properties’ real estate offerings.
Daily responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, managing social media calendars, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on analytics.
The role involves engaging with online audiences, responding to inquiries, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring consistent messaging aligned with the company’s brand and objectives.
The strategist will also stay updated on social media trends and best practices within the real estate sector to enhance Rainbow Properties’ digital presence.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to drive engagement and growth across platforms.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Public Relations skills to interact with online audiences and represent the brand professionally.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, develop, and maintain a cohesive and impactful social media content calendar.
- Candidates should have experience with social media analytics tools, campaign performance tracking, and data-driven optimization.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages commonly used in Dubai is an advantage.
- Candidates should be familiar with the real estate industry or have a strong interest in property markets, preferably within Dubai or the broader UAE.
- Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- A valid UAE license is mandatory.
