Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities include generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
The Sales Executive will also be responsible for staying updated on market trends, tracking real estate transactions, and liaising with developers to meet sales targets.
A customer-centric approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and experience with property sales processes
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset combined with problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Valid UAE driver's license and familiarity with Dubai neighborhoods are advantageous.
