The employer seeks a creative, strategic, results-driven Social Media Strategist to strengthen its digital presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Create content strategies, monthly calendars, and campaign plans.
- Drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and quality lead generation.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
- Identify trends and creative opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce content.
- Support paid social campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media strategy and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience behaviour, and analytics.
- Creative thinking combined with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills.
- B2B marketing experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,400 to AED 11,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
