About This Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s social media platforms, creating engaging content, handling advertising campaigns, and improving the company’s digital presence and audience engagement.

- Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all company social media accounts professionally.
• Plan, create, and schedule attractive and engaging content across different platforms.
• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and propose new creative ideas and strategies.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize performance to achieve marketing goals.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments to create relevant marketing content and campaigns.
• Analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Track competitors’ activities and market trends to maintain a competitive online presence.

- Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with paid advertising campaigns and audience targeting.
• Good knowledge of analytics and performance tracking tools.
• Excellent content writing and communication skills in Arabic and/or English.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Experience in hospitality, hotels, events, or food & beverage industry is a plus.

-المهام الوظيفية:

• إدارة وتحديث جميع حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي الخاصة بالشركة بشكل احترافي.
• إعداد وكتابة ونشر محتوى جذاب ومبتكر يتناسب مع هوية الشركة والجمهور المستهدف.
• التخطيط للحملات التسويقية الرقمية وتنفيذها ومتابعة نتائجها بشكل مستمر.
• إدارة الإعلانات الممولة وتحسين أدائها لتحقيق أفضل النتائج.
• متابعة التعليقات والرسائل والرد على استفسارات العملاء بطريقة احترافية وسريعة.
• التنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة لإعداد محتوى وحملات تسويقية متكاملة.
• متابعة أحدث التوجهات في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي واقتراح أفكار إبداعية جديدة.
• إعداد تقارير دورية عن أداء الحسابات وتحليل النتائج وتقديم التوصيات المناسبة للتطوير.
• مراقبة أداء المنافسين وتحليل السوق لتعزيز التواجد الرقمي للشركة.

- المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• خبرة سابقة في إدارة حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي والتسويق الرقمي.
• معرفة قوية بمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي مثل: Instagram، Snapchat، TikTok، X، Facebook، LinkedIn.
• خبرة في إدارة الحملات الإعلانية الممولة واستهداف الجمهور المناسب.
• معرفة بأدوات التحليل وقياس الأداء وإعداد التقارير.
• مهارات ممتازة في كتابة المحتوى وصياغة الأفكار الإبداعية.
• القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحمل ضغط العمل وإدارة المهام المتعددة.
• مهارات تنظيمية وتواصل قوية.
• يفضل من لديه خبرة في قطاع الفنادق أو الضيافة أو الأغذية والمشروبات أو تنظيم الفعاليات.
