We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital communication, content creation, and audience engagement, with the ability to manage social media platforms effectively and enhance brand presence across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts across multiple platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with the brand strategy
- Develop content calendars and coordinate campaigns with internal teams
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports and insights
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build strong online communities
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to produce compelling content
- Support digital marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content strategies
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
