Role Overview: Valeo Health is building a high-trust, science-led private label supplement brand designed to drive long-term health outcomes and recurring customer value.
We are looking for a Head of Growth to own end-to-end growth for our supplements business—across customer acquisition, retention, subscriptions, and lifetime value expansion.
This role is highly cross functional and combines performance marketing, lifecycle growth, pricing & packaging, and product-market fit refinement.
You will be accountable for scaling revenue efficiently, while maintaining clinical credibility, regulatory compliance, and brand trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling content across social media platforms.
- Support the development of seasonal and pop up campaigns.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track campaign effectiveness.
- Support in market research & competitive analysis.
- Support in content creation and visual identity.
- Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
