Social Media Specialist & Marketing Executive (Photography & Graphic Design)

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist & Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence, create engaging content, support marketing campaigns, and produce high-quality visual materials through photography and design.

The ideal candidate combines marketing knowledge with strong content creation and visual storytelling skills.

Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.).

Create, schedule, publish, and manage daily content.

Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and build online community interaction.

Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with recommendations.

Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activities.

Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

Coordinate promotional activities and lead generation initiatives.

Work closely with sales and management teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Assist in creating marketing materials and presentations.

Support brand awareness and customer acquisition activities.

Capture professional photos and videos for products, events, team activities, and campaigns.

Organize and manage content libraries.

Edit and enhance visual content for digital platforms.

Create short-form video content and reels.

Design social media posts, ads, brochures, presentations, banners, and promotional materials.

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines.

Produce creative concepts and visual campaigns.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Design, or related field.

2+ years of experience in social media and marketing.

Strong photography and content creation skills.

Proficiency in design tools such as:

using social media management and analytics tools.

Basic video editing skills are preferred.

Strong communication and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Social media growth and engagement rate.

Leads generated from campaigns.

Content production consistency.
