About This Role
We are looking for a creative, energetic, passionate, and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist & Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation, with the ability to create engaging content that connects with audiences and enhances brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle daily social media activities across different platforms.
- Create engaging and creative content for posts, stories, reels, captions, blogs, and campaigns.
- Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Plan and schedule content calendars in coordination with the marketing team.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions professionally.
- Assist in photo/video shoot coordination and content ideas.
- Track performance metrics and prepare basic social media reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Energetic, self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Photography/videography skills are a plus.
- Understanding of branding and digital marketing trends.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
