Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive organic social media strategy across all key platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and others.
• Create and maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure a consistent and engaging posting schedule.
• Monitor social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
• Tailor content and communication strategies to resonate with specific audiences in the UAE and USA.

Content Creation & Production

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality, professional photos and videos optimized for each social media channel.
• Produce viral-ready, attention-grabbing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
• Use advanced AI content creation tools to develop realistic visual elements, subtle AI enhancements, creative backgrounds, motion effects, animations, and supporting digital assets that elevate real photo and video content.
• Combine real on-site content shoots with AI-assisted creative elements in a natural, premium, and brand-appropriate way.
• Create AI-enhanced content that supports storytelling while maintaining authenticity, trust, and a realistic visual style suitable for an education and luxury audience.
• Create motion graphics and simple animations to enhance storytelling and digital engagement.
• Write excellent, on-brand organic text for all posts, ensuring a consistent tone of voice.

Community Engagement & Growth

• Monitor all social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, engaging with our community in a timely and professional manner.
• Implement strategies to grow our follower base, increase engagement rates, and generate leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader campaigns and business goals.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze key performance metrics, including engagement, reach, follower growth, and leads across all platforms.
• Provide regular reports on social media performance, highlighting insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Use data-driven insights to refine content strategy and optimize for better results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Full professional proficiency in English. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
• 2–3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proven track record of creating high-engagement or viral content and growing social media accounts, preferably for premium or luxury brands.
• Deep understanding of the algorithms, features, and audience behaviors on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Expertise in professional video and photo editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Advanced practical experience with AI content creation tools for realistic image, video, animation, visual enhancement, and creative content production.
• Ability to create AI-enhanced content that looks natural, premium, and brand-safe, especially for education, family, children, and luxury audiences.
• Strong understanding of how to blend real content shoots with AI-generated or AI-enhanced elements while maintaining authenticity and trust.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
• Experience targeting luxury audiences and designing content for high-net-worth individuals.
• Deep understanding of cultural nuances and the psychology of internet users, specifically in the UAE and US markets.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
