Overview
Alsayegh Worldwide is looking for a highly driven and ambitious Social Media Specialist to join our growing team and support multiple businesses operating across:
• Interior Design & Fit-Out
- FF&E
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our internal social media platforms including:
- TikTok
- Snapchat
What We Are Looking For
- We are looking for someone who understands that social media is not just about posting content, but about building positioning, visibility, trust, engagement, and ultimately generating business opportunities.
- The ideal candidate should:
- Have a strong business mindset and understand how social media directly supports growth and revenue generation
- Be highly growth-driven and analytics-oriented, with the ability to monitor performance and
- continuously optimize results
- Deeply understand the power of content and the different formats required across platforms including reels, short-form videos, stories, carousels, trend-based content, thought leadership, behind-the-scenes coverage, and more
- Be passionate about creating highly engaging, likable, and shareable content that connects with targeted audiences
- Stay highly curious and up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and platform updates
- Have a creative mindset with the ability to think differently and help position our brands as market leaders
- Be AI-savvy and capable of using advanced AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, speed, creativity, and content production workflows
- Have a proven track record of successfully managing and growing social media accounts in previous roles
- Be capable of positively collaborating with business owners, leadership teams, creatives, designers, and support departments
