IQ Kids Nursery is seeking a creative and results-driven **Social Media Officer** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the nursery’s social media presence, creating engaging content, and planning and executing paid advertising campaigns to attract and engage prospective families.
The role requires strong photography and videography skills while strictly adhering to children’s privacy and safety policies.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the nursery’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns through platforms such as **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)** and **Google Ads**.
- Identify and target the appropriate audience to generate quality leads and increase admissions enquiries.
- Monitor advertising performance, optimize campaigns, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Take high-quality photos and videos inside the nursery in compliance with privacy policies.
- Create engaging content, including photography, basic video editing, Reels, Stories, and captions.
- Publish content regularly according to the approved content calendar.
- Cover nursery events, activities, and special occasions.
- Coordinate with management to ensure all content aligns with the nursery’s brand identity and values.
- Stay updated on social media trends, digital marketing practices, and audience engagement techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience in running and optimizing **Meta Ads** and **Google Ads** campaigns.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, lead generation, and campaign analytics.
- Excellent photography and videography skills using a mobile phone or professional camera.
- Knowledge of basic editing tools and content creation for Reels and Stories.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Professional attitude with strict adherence to children’s privacy and safeguarding policies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
