About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant to the Vice Principal to join our nursery team.
The ideal candidate will preferably have previous experience in nurseries or early childhood settings and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Vice Principal in daily operational tasks and administrative duties.
- Support in monitoring classroom activities and ensuring adherence to nursery policies and educational standards.
- Help coordinate staff schedules, meetings, and internal communications.
- Assist in managing children’s attendance, reports, and parent communication logs.
- Support in implementing safety, hygiene, and safeguarding procedures across the nursery.
- Follow up on staff performance, documentation, and completion of required forms.
- Assist in coordinating events, activities, and learning programs within the nursery.
- Help ensure smooth daily operations and provide solutions for urgent matters when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a positive work environment at all times.
Requirements
- Preferred: Previous experience in nurseries or early childhood education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle daily operational challenges.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
