Social Media Specialist
About This Role
We are seeking a creative and energetic Social Media Specialist with experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement for our restaurant concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, videos, and captions.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and seasonal marketing activities.
- Coordinate with restaurant operations and marketing teams to promote menus, events, and special offers.
- Monitor customer engagement, messages, comments, and online reviews.
- Collaborate with influencers, photographers, and content creators.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
- Maintain consistent brand image and communication across all platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and social media trends.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Preferred Skills
- Food photography and videography experience.
- Influencer marketing knowledge.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Arabic language is a plus.
