Social Media Producer - Freelance, Remote
Sunday Red Digital (SRD) is a boutique sports and entertainment digital consultancy headquartered in Dubai, UAE.
We work with a range of global sports clients and are looking for a sharp, self-sufficient Social Media Producer to join us on a freelance basis.
This is primarily a hands-on execution role.
You'll be responsible for turning strategy and creative direction into polished, platform-ready content.
The right person knows their way around every major social platform, has strong instincts for what works, and takes pride in the quality of their output.
You will ideally have some basic design skills for quick fixes in Photoshop, Premiere or Canva, and you will have access to our existing design team, working closely with them to brief and review their output.
What you'll do
- Build and manage content calendars across multiple social platforms
- Edit and adapt video and photo content for platform-specific formats
- Write engaging captions and copy that fit brand voice without needing heavy revision
- Schedule and publish content across all major platforms
- Monitor performance and flag what's working and what isn't
- Some light community management and audience engagement
- Occasionally support on client-facing documentation and reporting
- What we're looking for
- Demonstrable experience producing social content across major platforms
- Strong video editing skills - mobile-first and short-form is essential
- Excellent written English and an instinct for tone and voice
- Someone who "gets" online culture and can quickly find and work with memes, trends, audio etc.
- Comfortable working independently across multiple projects and deadlines
- Some exposure to strategy or analytics is a bonus, not a requirement
- Sports, culture or entertainment background preferred but not essential
- Hours, commitment and remuneration are flexible and will be shaped around the right person and the work.
