Stone House Telecom is a growing telecommunications company based in Dubai, committed to delivering innovative telecom solutions and excellent customer service.
We are currently looking for dynamic and motivated professionals to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns and analyze performance metrics.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for promotional activities.
- Track industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong content creation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and advertising tools.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily business and telecom operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
- Monitor operational processes and ensure efficiency.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and operational records.
- Assist in customer support and service delivery activities.
- Handle administrative and coordination tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Experience in telecom operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
