Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Social Media Marketing Specialist.
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging social media content, executing digital marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with brand objectives.
Additional responsibilities include analyzing metrics to optimize campaigns, monitoring online audience engagement, and staying updated on emerging social media trends to ensure innovative approaches are implemented.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Strong expertise in Digital Marketing and general Marketing practices
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to analyze and report on performance data
- Creativity and strategic thinking with a passion for storytelling and innovative branding
- Experience in the UAE hospitality industry is a plus
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva and video editing software is a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
