About This Role
Overview
The Social Media Coordinator will manage and grow Carmen Perfumes’ social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand communication, engaging content, and strong relationships with influencers and media partners.
The role focuses on content planning, scheduling, PR coordination, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts aligned with marketing campaigns and brand identity
- Develop monthly content calendars and coordinate with the marketing/design team
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative content ideas relevant to the perfume industry
- Handle community management: respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally
- Coordinate PR activities, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations
- Identify and reach out to influencers for campaigns, gifting, and promotional events
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic social media reports
- Support product launches, promotions, and in-store events through digital coverage
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics
- Experience working with influencers and PR coordination
- Creative mindset with strong visual and copywriting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or beauty/fragrance environment
- Basic photography/video editing skills are an advantage
