Social Media Specialist – Kaya Clinic
Kaya Clinic is looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Specialist who can bring our brand to life through engaging content and social media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute social media content calendars.
- Shoot and produce content inside Kaya clinics, including treatments, patient journeys, behind-the-scenes moments, and promotional campaigns.
- Appear confidently on camera and create engaging video content for social media platforms.
- Present and explain services, offers, and skincare topics in a clear and relatable manner.
- Manage daily social media posting across all platforms.
- Coordinate with designers, doctors, and clinic teams to ensure a consistent content flow.
- Identify and reach out to UGC creators and influencers for content collaborations.
- Brief creators, manage content delivery, and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and trends.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
- Arabic & English speaker is a must
- Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking confidently in videos.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other social platforms.
- Experience planning and executing content shoots.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of beauty, skincare, aesthetics, or healthcare marketing is a plus.
- Experience working with UGC creators and influencers is preferred.
