2.Content Strategy & Scriptwriting
- Plan content themes and video concepts.
- Develop monthly content plans aligned with business objectives.
- Create scripts, storyboards, and content briefs.
- Produce engaging and shareable content.
3.Video Production
- Independently shoot and produce short-form videos.
- Capture store operations, products, events, employee stories, and customer experiences.
- Edit videos and optimize content for different platforms.
- Ensure high-quality content output.
4.Brand IP & Content Ecosystem Development
- Corporate brand accounts;
- Founder and executive personal branding;
- Store visit content;
- Product recommendation content;
- Farm-to-table and supply chain storytelling;
- Membership and promotional campaigns;
- Dubai One project content;
- Employee and customer stories.
5.Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor content performance and growth metrics.
- Analyze views, engagement, watch time, reach, and follower growth.
- Prepare regular performance reports.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities.
- Continuously improve content strategy based on data.
6.Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, operations, merchandising, stores, and membership teams.
- Support major campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, photographers, and creators.

- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum 1 years of social media management experience.
- Proven experience managing and growing Instagram and TikTok accounts.
- Retail, FMCG, supermarket, food & beverage, e-commerce, or lifestyle brand experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and growth strategies.
- Excellent content planning and storytelling skills.
- Strong video shooting and editing capabilities.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English required.
- Arabic is a plus.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
