About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize performance
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online community
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and promotions
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
- Manage social media calendars and campaign timelines
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and trends
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and paid social advertising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing influencer collaborations
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
