Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar, for a Social Media Content Creator.
In this role, you will develop, curate, and manage engaging content for Al Rayah's social media platforms.
Responsibilities
include crafting creative posts, designing visuals, scheduling and publishing content, and engaging with followers to strengthen community connections.
You will track metrics to optimize content strategy, stay updated on social media trends, and collaborate with the broader marketing team to align content with our brand messaging and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual Design
- Strong familiarity with major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Experience with Social Media Strategy, Campaign Management, and Analytics
- Basic skills in Graphic Design and tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Excellent Communication and Community Engagement skills, with bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English
- Ability to identify emerging social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Relevant experience managing social media for brands or organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate within a team in Doha, Qatar
