Overview
We're hiring a Social Media Marketing Manager.
You’d be joining a team already doing tens of millions of reach a month across yachts, private jets, F1 hospitality, and UHNW lifestyle content.
The job is to grow that, not maintain it.
Non-negotiables
- Proven track record of creating viral content (not “nice pictures” views and engagement that get results)
- Can film and edit yourself to a high standard, iphone and app based is fine, higher skills a bonus
- Understands sales funnels: ManyChat, CTAs, CRM integrations, Zapier, automations into qualified leads
- Commercial brain — you think in conversions and revenue and you've been targeted on that before
- AI fluency is key. Bonus points if you already use tools like Manus to scale your output
- Experience in Long form content creation on YouTube
- Vibe coding, website design and creation of sales funnels and planning pages
- Experience on programming, or backend, etc a bonus
- The role is based in Dubai.

Role Description
The Social Media Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of creative, results-driven strategies to enhance The Happiness Company’s social media presence across platforms.
This hybrid, full-time role based in Dubai involves creating and managing engaging content, optimizing social media performance, analyzing metrics, and staying on top of emerging trends.
The role also includes collaboration with internal teams to align social media activities with digital marketing objectives while fostering brand engagement.
A flexible work arrangement accommodating some remote work will be available.
