Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Manager based in Dubai, with some flexibility for remote work.
At Robust, we're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Manager to take ownership of our brand's digital presence.
This role goes beyond strategy — we need someone with a strong eye for aesthetics who can create compelling content that tells our story and showcases our work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Robust's brand goals and business objectives
- Plan, create, and produce high-quality content across all social media platforms, including photography, video editing, reels, graphics, and written copy
- Manage and grow Robust's social media channels, driving engagement, reach, and follower growth
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all digital marketing channels
- Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics, using data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve campaigns
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and industry developments to keep Robust's content fresh and relevant
- Communicate the Robust brand with authenticity, creativity, and professionalism across all platforms
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Proven ability to develop effective content strategies and manage their implementation
- Hands-on content creation skills, including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting, with the ability to produce content that is consistent with an established brand aesthetic and Instagram presence
- A strong eye for visual storytelling and the ability to maintain a cohesive, high-quality feed that aligns with Robust's current style and tone
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in digital marketing campaigns and tools
- Proficiency in analytics tools to measure performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with emerging trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
- Previous experience in a similar role or managing social media accounts for a brand is essential
- Must hold a valid UAE driver's licence
