We are continuing to grow at a rapid pace and are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and innovate within our social media department.
The Role

We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Manager to shape and drive the agency's social media initiatives.
In this role, you will oversee the creation and execution of cutting-edge social media campaigns, work alongside a talented team, and ensure our clients stand out in a crowded digital landscape.
As our Social Media Manager , you’ll combine creativity and analytics to deliver impactful campaigns, elevate brand presence, and foster meaningful engagement across all platforms.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify innovative opportunities and ensure the agency remains at the forefront of social media excellence.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of social media executives, content creators, community managers, and analysts.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the social media department.
Campaign Execution
- Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, on-brand content tailored to specific platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
Analytics & Performance
- Set KPIs for social media campaigns and track performance using analytics tools.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders to optimize future strategies.
Client Engagement
- Act as the main point of contact for high-profile clients, providing strategic counsel and ensuring their social media goals are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional results and creative solutions.
Innovation & Collaboration
- Partner with creative, content, and digital teams to produce integrated campaigns that drive brand impact.
- Leverage emerging technologies and tools to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within an agency environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns for large brands.
- Expertise in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
Desirable Skills & Certifications
- Certifications in social media marketing (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Twitter Flight School) are a plus.
- Experience in influencer marketing and partnership campaigns.
- Strong creative portfolio showcasing social media content and campaigns.
Soft Skills
- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
