Job Description
We are seeking a talented and driven **SMM Manager** to lead our social media marketing efforts.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and promote our auto repair services.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost customer engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive community online.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, ensuring high ROI and target audience reach.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to create eye-catching graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
- Track social media growth and performance through analytics tools and reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and engage diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of SEO and how it relates to social media marketing.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Familiarity with photography, video editing, and graphic design tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Passion for the automotive industry is a bonus!
