Social Media Manager

Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute end-to-end
• social media strategies
• across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, and Discord
• Own content planning, publishing cadence, and channel growth aligned with business objectives
• Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across all platforms

Community & Engagement

• Build and manage highly engaged communities across
• Telegram and Discord
• , driving meaningful interaction and retention
• Engage in real-time conversations, responding to market trends, news cycles, and user sentiment
• Foster strong relationships with the community, transforming followers into active advocates

AI-Driven Content Operations

• Operate within an
• AI-powered content ecosystem
• , leveraging tools to accelerate content creation, optimization, and scaling
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing, platform-native content at speed
• Continuously test and iterate content based on performance insights

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with
• creative, performance marketing, partnerships, and community teams
• to execute integrated campaigns
• Support product launches, announcements, and strategic initiatives through coordinated social efforts

Brand & Compliance

• Maintain strict adherence to

• Balance creativity with responsible communication in a regulated environment

Qualifications & Requirements

• **Experience:**
• 3–5+ years in social media management, preferably within
• crypto, fintech, or high-growth digital environments
• **Proven Track Record:**
• Demonstrated success in building and managing social accounts, campaigns, and engaged communities
• **Crypto Expertise:**
• Deep understanding of
• crypto/Web3 culture, audience behavior, and content dynamics
• **Community Experience:**
• Hands-on experience managing
• Telegram and Discord communities
• **AI Fluency:**
• Practical experience using
• AI tools for content creation, scheduling, analytics, and optimization
• **Communication Skills:**
• Exceptional written communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are a plus
• **Regulatory Awareness:**
• Understanding of
• compliance considerations in financial services and crypto communications
• **Adaptability:**
• Ability to operate effectively in a
• fast-paced, real-time environment
