About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our online presence, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility.
The ideal candidate should have strong digital marketing knowledge and hands-on experience with social media platforms and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Website etc.)
- Plan, create, and execute engaging content strategies
- Run and optimize Social Media Ads & Campaigns
- Handle Google Ads (AdWords) and paid marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze social media insights & performance metrics
- Generate high-quality leads through organic and paid strategies
- Implement SEO & SEM strategies to improve visibility
- Manage website updates and content (basic CMS knowledge preferred)
- Create and edit images & videos for marketing purposes
- Write engaging content, captions, and marketing copies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in Dubai (UAE) as a Social Media Marketing Manager
- Proficiency in Figma and design tools
- Strong knowledge of SMM, SEO, SEM, and Lead Generation
- Experience with Google Ads & Social Media Advertising
- Understanding of organic lead generation strategies
- Good knowledge of website & content management
- Strong content writing and communication skills
- Good skills in photo & video editing
- Ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance
