The Maestro is seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager in Dubai.
The role develops social media strategy, creates content, monitors campaign performance, and works with internal teams to strengthen online presence and brand identity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
- Manage multiple social media accounts and maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Create content ideas, captions, reels, and digital campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize content using performance insights.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and internal teams to produce high-quality content.
- Build audience engagement and support digital marketing objectives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Strong creative thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent understanding of content planning and audience engagement.
- Ability to analyze social media performance and improve campaign results.
- Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, social media analytics, content creation, and campaign management.

Compensation
- Listed salary is AED 6,000–9,000 per month; benefits are also noted.
