Social Media Manager - Luxury (Dubai)
I am currently working with a leading creative agency in Dubai that specialises in luxury F&B, fashion, beauty, and hospitality clients. They are looking to bring on a Social Media Manager who understands the nuance, detail, and pace required to deliver standout work in the luxury space.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded agency known for producing elevated, culturally relevant, and visually exceptional campaigns across the region.
The Role
As Social Media Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day social activity across a portfolio of high-end brands, ensuring all content is aligned with each client’s tone of voice, brand identity, and positioning.
You will be working closely with creative, content, and client servicing teams to deliver best-in-class social strategies and executions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee social media accounts across luxury F&B, fashion, beauty, and hospitality clients
- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to each brand
- Plan and manage content calendars with a strong focus on quality, detail, and consistency
- Work closely with designers, videographers, and copywriters to deliver premium content
- Ensure all output reflects a strong understanding of luxury branding and aesthetics
- Monitor performance and optimise campaigns based on insights and analytics
- Stay on top of regional and global social trends, particularly within the luxury space
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted day-to-day contact
Requirements
- 4-6 years of social media experience, ideally within a creative or PR agency
- Proven experience working on luxury brands across F&B, fashion, beauty, or hospitality
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and high-end content production
- Experience managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment
- Confident client-facing skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Strong knowledge of platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury, culture, and lifestyle trends
