ob Description:
We are looking for a **creative and dynamic female content creator** to join our team!
You will be responsible for managing **daily vlogs**, **video content**, and driving **lead generation** through social media.
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit **daily videos and vlogs**
- Manage and grow our presence across all **social media platforms** (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
- Develop creative strategies for **lead generation**
- Create visually appealing and engaging content aligned with our brand
- Monitor performance and engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Handle all aspects of **content production** – from concept to publishing
- Stay up to date with trends in social media and content creation
Website Management
- Update website content regularly (text, images, blog posts, banners, etc.)
- Manage product/service listings and ensure all links and pages function properly
- Collaborate with developers or use CMS tools (like WordPress, Shopify, etc.) to maintain the website
- Optimize content for SEO and user experience
Other Duties
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams for content and promotions
- Handle basic email marketing or newsletters if needed
- Assist in digital campaigns or launches
- Keep up with digital trends and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Female, currently based in **Dubai**
- Skilled in **photography**, **videography**, and **video editing**
- Strong knowledge of **social media platforms and algorithms**
- Creativity and ability to work independently
- Experience in **lead generation** through digital content is a plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus)
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands
- Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace
- Strong communication and content writing skills
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO and social media algorithms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- A self-starter who can work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
