Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead day-to-day social media execution for assigned brands. The role requires a strong balance of content thinking, and client servicing, with hands-on experience managing brand accounts and coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on social media deliverables
- Present content plans, take feedback, and ensure timely implementation
- Coordinate with design, video, and media teams to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor performance and prepare basic monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Stay updated on local and regional social media trends, especially within Oman
- Ensure brand tone, guidelines, and approvals are followed at all times
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)
- Strong copywriting skills for social and digital platforms
- Proven client servicing and stakeholder management experience
- Good understanding of social media platforms, formats, and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively
- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with social media reporting dashboards
- Qualification: Graduate in Journalism- Political Science
