MH Markets is building a social-first brand that resonates with traders across every market we operate in — and we need someone who lives and breathes social to make it happen.

As Social Media Manager, you'll own our global social presence: the strategy, the content, the community, and the numbers.

This role sits at the intersection of content, culture, and conversion.

You'll manage multi-platform social programmes across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and regional platforms including LINE, WeChat, Telegram, and WhatsApp — adapting tone, format, and strategy for each market while keeping the brand unified and unmistakably MH Markets.

1. Global Social Media Strategy

  • Own and execute MH Markets' global social media strategy across all platforms and regions.
  • Define platform-specific objectives, content pillars, audience personas, and engagement approaches for each market.
  • Develop and maintain a global social content calendar aligned with market events, trading activity cycles, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Set quarterly OKRs for social growth, engagement, and conversion — and own the results.

2. Content Creation & Direction

  • Lead the ideation and production of high-quality, platform-native social content: short-form video, carousels, reels, stories, live sessions, and educational trading content.
  • Brief and collaborate with the Brand & Creative team to produce on-brand visual assets, motion graphics, and video content at scale.
  • Develop a trading-relevant content mix that balances educational value, market commentary, promotional messaging, and brand personality.
  • Ensure all content is localised for target markets — adapting language, cultural references, and platform behaviour for each region.

3. Community Management & Engagement

  • Manage community interactions across all platforms — responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, on-brand manner.
  • Build engagement frameworks that grow active, loyal communities of traders around MH Markets' platforms.
  • Monitor sentiment and escalate reputation risks or crisis signals to the PR & Crisis Management team promptly.
  • Run community-building initiatives including polls, AMAs, trading challenges, and interactive campaigns.

4. Influencer & KOL Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage a global network of financial influencers, trading KOLs, and content creators across key markets.
  • Develop clear briefs, campaign structures, and performance metrics for all influencer collaborations.
  • Track influencer campaign performance and optimise the roster based on engagement quality, audience alignment, and conversion impact.
  • Build long-term ambassador relationships with top-performing KOLs in priority markets.

5. Social Commerce & Conversion

  • Build social-to-acquisition funnels that convert social audiences into registered, depositing traders.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to align organic social strategy with paid social campaigns.
  • Develop lead generation content and CTAs tailored to each platform's native conversion formats.
  • Track and report on social-attributed registrations, FTDs, and revenue contribution.

6. Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Track, analyse, and report on social KPIs: follower growth, reach, engagement rate, video views, click-through rates, and social-attributed conversions.
  • Use social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment, share of voice, trending topics, and competitor activity.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly social performance reports with clear insights and optimisation recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, emerging formats, and social trends relevant to financial services and trading.

7. Platform & Compliance Management

  • Ensure all social content complies with relevant platform policies and financial services advertising regulations across all jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate with Compliance and Legal to review promotional social posts, trading-related content, and performance claims.
  • Manage social media account security, admin access, and platform settings across all profiles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
