Our Group of companies is seeking a highly driven Social Media Manager with a creative background and strong experience in the UAE.

HOUSE of PIANOS is a distinguished leader in premium musical instruments, known for artistry, craftsmanship, and a refined customer experience. As we elevate our digital presence, we are seeking a Social Media Manager who can shape our brand narrative online, working closely with our in-house videographer to produce world-class content.

This role focuses on strategy, storytelling, content direction, and community engagement, ensuring that every piece of content reflects the elegance and prestige of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Brand Positioning

• Develop a platform-specific strategy that reflects our luxury identity.
• Define and maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual style.
• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, artist collaborations, showroom events, and educational initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to highlight craftsmanship, performances, and the emotional value of our instruments.

Content Direction (with Videographer Support)

• Conceptualize content ideas, storylines, and shot lists.
• Direct the videographer on what to capture (performances, artist interviews, behind-the-scenes, product features).
• Create short forms of content, that aligns with brand standards and campaign goals.
• Write captions, scripts, and messaging that elevate the storytelling.
• Oversee the final look and feel of videos and photos before posting.

Community Engagement & Relationship Building

• Engage with musicians, educators, performers, and luxury buyers online.
• Respond to comments and messages with professionalism and warmth.
• Build relationships with artists, music schools, and influencers.
• Monitor conversations around music, pianos, and luxury lifestyle trends.

Analytics & Growth

• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, audience growth).
• Provide monthly insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Identify high-performing content themes and optimize future posts.
• Suggest opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, or campaigns.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with showroom teams, sales, and management to gather stories and content opportunities.
• Coordinate with the videographer, photographers, or external creatives.
• Support broader marketing tasks such as newsletters, website updates, and event promotions

This is in-person full-time position at our office in Al Quoz 1.
