About the Role

What You’ll Lead (Key Responsibilities)

• **Strategy & Planning:**
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies and monthly content calendars aligned with business growth goals.
• **On-Camera Performance:**
• Regularly feature in Reels, TikToks, and Shorts as the primary presenter for PyramediaX and select client brands.
• **End-to-End Production:**
• Script, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form video content (using CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools).
• **Trend Arbitrage:**
• Daily research of global and local trends, translating them into brand-relevant, scroll-stopping content.
• **Performance Analytics:**
• Monitor KPIs (Reach, Engagement, Lead Gen) and provide data-driven reports to optimize future campaigns.
• **Community Growth:**
• Manage interactions, build audience loyalty, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
• **AI Integration:**
• Leverage AI tools (for scripting, editing, or automation) to maximize creative output and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• **Experience:**
• 2+ years in Social Media Management or Content Creation (Agency experience is a major plus).
• **On-Camera Presence:**
• Natural charisma and comfort speaking to the camera—essential for this role.
• **Language:**
• Native or near-native

• **Technical Skills:**
• Advanced mobile video editing skills (CapCut is a must) and a deep understanding of platform algorithms (IG, TikTok, YouTube).
• **Creative Mindset:**
• You think in "Hooks" and "CTAs." You know how to turn a boring topic into an engaging story.
• **Location:**
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately.

• Experience with
