Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage high-performing social media ad campaigns
- Develop engaging daily content and posting schedules
- Manage and grow all company social media accounts
- Monitor performance analytics and optimize campaigns for better results
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes
- Work independently and deliver high-quality results consistently
Requirements
- Minimum **5+ years of proven experience** in social media management
- Strong expertise in **paid ads (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)**
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong understanding of analytics and performance tracking
- Must be highly professional, result-driven, and detail-oriented
