Ethos is seeking a passionate and innovative Social Media Manager.
The role plans, executes, and manages social media strategies for client accounts in collaboration with a creative team.
The objective is to create engaging content that increases brand awareness.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage client social media strategies.
- Define and achieve social media KPIs.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor content plans and calendars.
- Plan creative photoshoot and short-video ideas with editors.
- Participate in campaign ideation, execution, and performance analysis.
- Stay current with social media best practices and trends.
- Use tools such as Amplify and Talkwalker.
- Collaborate with customer service, social media, and creative teams.
- Monitor user engagement and suggest content improvements.
- Hire or train new social media team members.
- Provide constructive feedback on plans and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least two years of social media experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to create engaging and unique content.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills for measuring and improving performance.
