Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Research industry trends, hashtags, and audience preferences to improve content strategy.
• Participate in EGC content creation.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and interact with followers.
• Assist in brainstorming and implementing creative campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
• Analyze social media insights and prepare reports on performance metrics.
• Support influencer collaborations and partnerships.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing apps is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and trends.

Compensation
