Development-focused role building, customizing, integrating, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
The position focuses on Dynamics 365 and Dataverse development rather than primarily on CRM administration or functional consulting.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Engagement solutions.
- Develop custom plugins using C# and .NET.
- Build JavaScript and TypeScript web resources, client-side scripts, business logic, and form functionality.
- Customize Dataverse tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and business process flows.
- Build workflows and solutions with Power Automate and the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Dataverse.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications using REST and Web APIs, webhooks, Azure services, and other technologies.
- Develop custom functionality when out-of-the-box features are insufficient.
- Debug, troubleshoot, optimize performance, and investigate root causes.
- Manage development and deployment across Development, Test/UAT, and Production environments.
- Follow ALM practices for managed and unmanaged solutions.
- Support data migration, transformation, validation, and integration.
- Maintain CRM security roles, permissions, teams, and access models as required.
Required technical skills
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM or Customer Engagement development experience.
- Strong C# and .NET development experience and hands-on Dynamics 365 plugin development.
- Strong JavaScript and Dynamics 365 client-side scripting knowledge.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Dataverse architecture and development.
Candidate requirements
- Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 10,000–AED 13,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
