Content Creation

• Assist in creating compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Help develop social media calendars and schedules to ensure consistent posting of relevant content.
• Collaborate with the social media team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.

Community Management

• Monitor and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor online conversations and identify opportunities to engage with our target audience.
• Help maintain a positive brand image and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Assist in tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Generate reports to provide insights into the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Research and Trend Analysis

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential target audiences.
• Provide recommendations on content strategies and creative approaches based on research findings.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with other members of the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and videographers to create multimedia content for social media platforms.
• Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and brand ambassadors for collaborations and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Strong passion for social media marketing and a solid understanding of various social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create engaging and concise content.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and photo/video editing software is an advantage.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with brand guidelines and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Previous experience managing personal or professional social media accounts is desirable.
