Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, culturally attuned, and digitally savvy Social Media & Influencer Coordinator to support IHC’s growing presence in the UAE and GCC markets.
This role will sit at the intersection of social media content, influencer marketing, and cultural trend forecasting, supporting both global and region-specific campaigns.
The ideal candidate understands the nuances of the Middle Eastern digital landscape, including platform behaviors, creator ecosystems, and cultural sensitivities.
***Social Media & Content Execution***
- Support the planning and execution of social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging regional platforms
- Assist in creating and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) aligned with client brand guidelines
- Develop mood boards, content calendars, and creative concepts tailored to the UAE audience
- Monitor social channels and engage with community comments/messages as needed
- Stay ahead of regional and global trends, adapting them for culturally relevant execution
***Influencer & Creator Coordination***
- Research and identify UAE- and GCC-based influencers, creators, and tastemakers across verticals (luxury, beauty, wellness, hospitality)
- Evaluate talent based on audience demographics, engagement, and brand alignment
- Support outreach, communication, and relationship management with influencers
- Assist with campaign coordination including briefs, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate product seeding, gifting, and event participation for creators
- Maintain influencer databases and tracking systems
***Campaign & Reporting Support***
- Track influencer deliverables and social media performance metrics
- Compile analytics reports, including insights on reach, engagement, and conversions
- Conduct competitive analysis within the UAE/GCC market
- Support end-of-month reports, campaign recaps, and internal presentations
***Cultural & Market Insight***
- Provide insights into UAE/GCC cultural moments, holidays (e.g., Ramadan, Eid), and key events
- Ensure all content and partnerships are culturally appropriate and locally relevant
- Identify regional opportunities for brand partnerships, activations, and influencer collaborations
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC social media and influencer landscape
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong plus
- Experience with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and YouTube
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable; Canva/CapCut/Adobe a plus
- Passion for wellness, beauty, luxury and lifestyle brands
