Social Media Influencer and Content Creator

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Act as the face of the brand in promotional videos, reels, and campaigns.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
• Develop creative content ideas based on current trends and audience interests.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence and online community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
• Conduct live sessions, interviews, product demonstrations, and promotional events when required.
• Build relationships with influencers, content creators, and online communities to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong on-camera presence and excellent communication skills.
• Experience creating reels, short-form videos, and viral content.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Arabic and English language skills are an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working as an influencer, presenter, host, or brand ambassador.
• Photography and videography skills.
• Knowledge of paid social media campaigns and analytics tools.
• Experience in lifestyle, healthcare, beauty, automotive, retail, or consumer brands.
• Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
