Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Social Media Specialist** and **Graphic Designer** to enhance our brand presence and support marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and managing social media platforms to showcase our interior and fit-out projects, engage audiences, and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design
- Create high-quality visual content including brochures, presentations, project portfolios, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Design social media creatives, banners, advertisements, and email templates aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop visual concepts for interior design campaigns and project showcases.
- Edit photos and videos of completed projects for marketing use.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital and print platforms.
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content regularly.
- Create captions, hashtags, and content strategies tailored to target audience.
- Monitor social media performance, insights, and engagement metrics.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Marketing & Branding
- Collaborate with the sales and business development team to create marketing campaigns.
- Assist in branding initiatives and promotional activities.
- Support in website content updates and digital marketing efforts.
- Contribute creative ideas for lead generation and brand awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Social Media Specialist, preferably in interior design, architecture, or fit-out industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
