We are looking for a creative, passionate, and results-driven Social Media Executive & Content Creator to strengthen our digital presence, engage our audience, and elevate our brand across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media strategies aligned with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
  • Create high-quality content, including graphics, photos, videos, reels, stories, and written copy for social media platforms.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Produce creative content that reflects the company's brand identity and supports marketing campaigns.
  • Capture and edit photo and video content for corporate events, projects, interviews, and behind-the-scenes activities.
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages when required, and engage with the online community.
  • Track social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, designers, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, corporate events, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and communication standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, photography, videography, graphic design, and video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, or similar creative tools.
  • Experience with video editing for short-form content such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools.
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with corporate brands, holding companies, real estate, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
  • Photography and videography skills.
  • Basic graphic design and motion graphics experience.
  • Knowledge of paid social media campaigns is an advantage.
