Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage monthly content calendars across platforms.
- Post daily stories, updates, and engaging real-time content.
- Develop fresh content ideas, campaign concepts, and social media activations.
- Create captions, reels concepts, carousels, and short-form content.
- Ensure all platforms remain active, polished, and aligned with brand goals.
- Monitor trends, news, and opportunities to create timely content.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and internal teams when needed.
- Track performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Take ownership of deadlines and execute with minimal supervision.

- Someone with a strong can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Creative thinker with constant ideas for content and growth.
- Organized enough to manage calendars, schedules, and consistency.

- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and social trends.
- Good writing skills and eye for detail.
- Experience in social media management/content creation preferred.
