Social Media Executive

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts and maintain a content calendar for events, projects, services, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Create and publish reels, stories, posts, and captions in a consistent brand style.
• Attend events, venue visits, and setup days to capture photos and videos, including live social coverage.
• Edit content using Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar software.
• Coordinate with the planning team, photographers, and videographers to source content and deliver it on time.
• Respond to comments and direct messages professionally and forward client inquiries to the relevant team.
• Monitor trends, suggest brand-appropriate creative ideas, and track engagement, audience growth, and inquiries.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and support paid social campaigns and collaborations with venues, vendors, and creators.
• Respect client approval and privacy requirements before publishing event content.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of social media management and content creation experience is required.
• Experience with an events, wedding, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle company is preferred.
• Strong photography, videography, and short-form video editing skills are required.
• Canva and CapCut proficiency is required; Adobe software skills are a plus.
• Excellent written English and caption-writing skills are required; Arabic is an advantage.
• A strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and brand consistency is required.
• Candidates should manage deadlines, take initiative, and work closely with a busy events team.
• Flexibility to attend evening and weekend events when required is expected.
• A portfolio showing managed social media accounts, reels, and original content is required.

Compensation

• The advertised salary is AED 3,000 per month, with a stated pay range of AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.

Workplace

• The position is hybrid remote in Dubai.
