Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

Salary: Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, database marketing, and display advertising.
• Build, create, and manage the company’s social media presence across platforms including **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok**, and other relevant channels.
• Ensure all company marketing collaterals are updated, aligned, and readily available.
• Work closely with web developers to maintain and update the **Fast Marine Boats official website**.
• Independently update website content including products, images, banners, news, promotions, and company information to ensure the website remains current and engaging.
• Create engaging and shareable content tailored to each platform to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Monitor and actively engage in social discussions related to the company, competitors, and industry trends.
• Generate innovative ideas and execute creative growth strategies.
• Evaluate and improve end-to-end customer experience across digital touchpoints.

Additional Advantage

• Photography, editing and drone operation skills is a must.

Requirements

• Minimum **2 years of Digital Marketing experience in the UAE**.
• Strong knowledge and proven experience in **social media management, content creation, and digital marketing**.
• **Hands-on experience in updating and managing company websites (CMS knowledge preferred).**
• Ability to independently manage and update the **Fast Marine Boats official website**.
• Excellent communication skills in English (**Arabic speaking is an advantage**).
