About The Role

• As a Retail Sales Associate in our Abu Dhabi store, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
• You will be responsible for:
• **Customer Service:** Greeting customers, assisting them in finding the right products for their needs, and answering their questions with enthusiasm and expertise.
• **Sales:** Meeting and exceeding sales targets by effectively promoting products and highlighting their features and benefits.
• **Product Knowledge:** Possessing a deep understanding of fishing, diving, and maritime equipment, including their uses, applications, and safety considerations.
• **Inventory Management:** Maintaining a well-organized and stocked store floor, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and assisting with stock takes.
• **Teamwork:** Collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and provide a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience in UAE.
• Proven experience selling fishing, diving, or maritime equipment is a strong preference.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of current fishing, diving, and maritime trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and identify their needs.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
